On November 9, a mutual cooperation agreement was executed with Campoalto, a Colombian institution that offers vocational training in seven educational facilities, pursuant to which it has become an INEW member.

The training areas offered include: Health, Administration, Design, Mechanics, Marketing, Education, Social, Systems, Languages, Hotel and Tourism.
